This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit digimentra.com or contact us. It is written to meet the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process
- Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number, company name, city.
- Your request: the message and answers you enter in our contact and needs analysis forms, your website and social media address.
- Security and operation: IP address, browser and device information, time of visit, requested page.
- Site check tool: the web address you ask us to measure.
- Analytics: only with your consent, a Google Analytics cookie ID and information on how you use the site.
We do not ask for ID numbers, card details, passwords or special categories of personal data.

4. Where data is stored and who receives it
The site runs on Hostinger servers in Germany and Lithuania. All site files, including fonts, are served from our own server.
- Email: contact form messages reach our team through Google's email infrastructure.
- Google Analytics: runs only if you consent to cookies.
- Google PageSpeed Insights and Cloudflare Turnstile: only when you use the site check tool; the address to be measured goes to Google, and browser information for the bot check goes to Cloudflare. Both providers take part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Public authorities: where required by law.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
5. Retention
- Contact and quote requests: 1 year; if a contract follows, for its term and statutory retention periods.
- Server logs: 14 days.
- Site check: results are held briefly in server memory and not stored permanently.
- Analytics cookies: for the periods given in the Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the rights listed in Art. 11 KVKK. You can withdraw consent at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the site; this does not affect processing before withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in your EU country of residence, or with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
Write to info@digimentra.com to use your rights. We reply within one month at the latest.
7. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
